I really enjoyed my experience purchasing my new 2025 Forester Hybrid from Subaru of Spokane! They made the process fun and easy from start to finish. I also like how the price didn't change - the price is the price and they honored the guaranteed trade in of my old Subaru. Overall - I cant say enough about their friendliness and service.

Had an amazing shopping experience with Jes. She showed us exactly the vehicle we wanted to see initially, offered comparable cars, answered all of my daughters questions with aplomb and grace, but most importantly: honesty. My daughter hasbeen driving her new(to her) Outback for a few weeks now and couldn't be happier, and Jes has followed up a few times since. Truly the best car buying experience I've had in years and I'll be recommending Jes to everyone I know!

Best car sale experience ever! Ask for Payton McIntire if you want a car here. He is very personable, and professional. Also, his manager, Chris Sanders went above and beyond to make sure that I was happy with my purchase. The car I bought was used, and Chris made sure that some additional safety measures were taken on the car at no expense to me. He was genuinely concerned with safety and making sure that I was happy with my purchase. He was successful. I will be back to buy here in the future.

I worked with Dave V, absolutely amazing experience. Purchasing a vehicle is often challenging, Dave made the experience mindless. He was straight forward, easy to work with, knowledgeable and more importantly, high integrity. I just wanna thank you for your service. I have my subaru outback since 2022 and 1st Year of service here was awful. You did your lesson and changed customer service in totally other way, good way. I am glad you did it because now I am extremely happy to maintain my vehicle here. Had appointment for oil change at 9:30 am. Arrived at 9:20 am and at 9:39 job was done. Amazing. Just like should be. One more time - thank you for your service. Especially thanks William Smith front desk guy.
